Awaken to Spring: A Weekend of Radiance, Stillness & Sisterhood
What a magical weekend we shared at the Radiant Spring Retreat in Rye. I’m filled with gratitude and awe for the magnificent women who came together in full-hearted presence - bringing wisdom, laughter, tears, and deep friendship into every corner of our blossom-filled yoga studio and garden.
We moved and breathed as one - through flowing vinyasa yoga, cleansing breathwork, mindful meditation, and kirtan chanting that stirred something ancient and powerful within. We wandered the land - foraging through hedgerows, valleys, and fields - reconnecting with nature and the vibrant pulse of Spring.
There is something sacred about pausing long enough to feel the rhythm beneath the noise - the subtle wisdom of the breath, the voice, the body, the land. This weekend invited us to slow down, to soften, and to awaken gently into this new season.
A heartfelt thank you to my dear friend and wildly talented chef Loulou of Cocolicious & Co for nourishing us with every vibrant, grounding bite - from radiant green juice and pistachio matcha balls, to miso butter bean hummus, crispy tofu with sesame peanut dressing, and her legendary coffee lamington cakes.
And deep gratitude to the radiant team of women who held space alongside me with such grace and alignment:
Annabelle of Herbarium Hut – for guiding us in the art of lymphatic drainage massage
India of Manifaestations – for your deeply moving kirtan chanting
Bella Griffith – for sharing your radiant energy through Qi Gong
Georgina of Rye Health Store – for your generous wisdom of healing plant medicine
We each left with new intentions - small but powerful seeds - to step forward into Spring with clarity, joy, and reverence for the gift of life.
“Waking up this morning, I smile.
Twenty-four brand new hours are before me.
I vow to live fully in each moment and to look at all beings with eyes of compassion.”
- Thich Nhat Hanh
