Ideal for those looking to explore balanced action between strength and mobility, these classes are fully equipped with yoga props to find your full potential of the pose within your own body.  I tailor each practice for all abilities, honouring that all bodies are unique and equal, beautiful from the inside out.

BEGINNER SERIES

Embarking on your yoga journey can be both exciting and daunting, and these Beginners classes ensure a welcoming, supportive start. Tailored to introduce the fundamental principles of yoga, including safe alignment, breath-work, and mindfulness, I have created a gentle yet comprehensive beginners curriculum. Teaching with compassion and kindness, my intention is to share a joyful practice that grows with you. These classes also include a blissful guided relaxation guaranteed to soothe and restore a sense of inner wellbeing.

YIN YOGA

Step into the quiet power of Yin Yoga, a meditative practice that invites profound relaxation and introspection. Yin Yoga nourishes the deeper layers of fascia tissues that act as pathways of energy, interconnecting all parts of the body. This passive practice of longer holds drastically improving muscle function and range of motion, dissolving deep-seated tensions. Yin Yoga is the much-needed counterbalance to the yang of our busy lives, offering a space for stillness, reflection, and profound release. Ideal for all levels, this class encourages you to slow down, listen to your body, and connect with the subtle movements of energy within.

BEACH YOGA

The amazing health benefits of yoga are well-known, and are super-powered when you add in the exhilarating effects of the sound of waves, soft sand, warm sun and long stretches of empty beach and dunes! This is where we breathe in the ocean air and exhale stress, finding peace and vitality. Join me for a boost of energy and happiness as we practice in the most breathtaking studio of all - Camber Sands!

My themed workshops offer you a few precious hours to deepen your own yoga practice, and even play with new ideas and poses. From exploring the intricacies of breathwork and meditation to delving into the philosophy and anatomy of yoga, each workshop is an inspiring journey of discovery. It is also a great chance to meet lovely like-minded people, and ask questions about your own practice. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, these sessions are a space for growth, learning, and connection.
