In our blossom-filled yoga studio and garden, we’ll immerse ourselves in flowing yoga, cleansing breathwork, mindful meditation, and the uplifting power of kirtan chanting as well as healing cranial-sacral therapy. We’ll also spend time outdoors walking through the blooming fields and hedgerows around us.
Its so valuable to pause, ground, and awaken to the subtle rhythm of our breath, our body, our voices, and this verdant landscape. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, allow us to nourish you, and witness the beauty of simply being in this moment, drawing in the energy and abundance of Spring.
Once again we have a radiant team of teachers and experts to nurture you through the day:
Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Creative, JoJo, will lead two masterclasses, blending yoga’s sacred holistic wisdom with modern practices to inspire a sense of awakening, connection, and joy.
Craniosacral Therapist, Wheezie, will be offering each of guest a moment of gentle craniosacral therapy during our yin class. This a gentle but potent way of working with the body using a light, hands-on touch. It supports your body’s innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself as well as reducing stress.
Magical musician India returns to lead us in Kirtan chanting accompanied by her harmonium. Through gentle sung mantras and sacred sound, Kirtan creates deep relaxation, reduces stress, and awakens the heart. The repetitive melodies make meditation effortless, guiding you into presence, connection, and heart-centred awareness .
As always, my dear friend and Ottelenghi-trained chef LouLou Hamilton will create another delicious menu to stimulate all your senses.
